Day 01: Pollachi- Valparai
We will pick you up from Pollachi Railway Station and take you on a scenic journey to Valparai. Our first stop will be the Aliyar Dam, the second-deepest dam in Asia. This stunning reservoir is located 27 km from Pollachi and offers various attractions such as a park, an aquarium, and a mini Theme-Park. It is a perfect spot for a picnic! Next, we’ll head to the Monkey Falls, an impressive waterfall nestled between Pollachi and Valparai in the Anamalai Hills. After that, we’ll take a drive to Loam’s View Point, which is the 9th hairpin bend on the Pollachi-Valparai route. From here, you’ll get a breathtaking panoramic view of Aliyar Dam, the Western Ghats’ surrounding mountains, and Pollachi town. En route, we’ll also visit Hornbill View Point, Tiger Valley, and Waverly Photo Point.
You’ll stay overnight in Valparai.
Day 02: Valparai
After a delicious breakfast, we’ll visit the Balaji Temple, Vellamalai Tunnel, Koolangal River, Sidhi Vinayagar Temple, and Nallamudi View Point. The Vellamalai Tunnel is part of the Vellamalai-Aliyar Project, which was initiated in the 1960s to provide water for irrigation and hydroelectric power generation in the region. The tunnel is around 9 kilometers long and a significant engineering marvel. In the evening, you can relax and unwind in Valparai.
Evening: Return back to your hotel/homestay.

Day 02: Valparai -Pollachi Drop
On day three, we’ll visit the Sholayar Dam, one of the highest dams in Asia, located in the Chalakudy taluk of Kerala. This awe-inspiring dam is a popular tourist attraction in the region. After enjoying the dam’s beauty, we’ll drop you off at the Pollachi Railway Station.
Evening: Drop at Pollachi Railway Station or Bus Stand.
