Day 01: Pollachi-Valparai
Pickup from Pollachi Railway Station and move to Valparai and visit the second deepest dam in the continent of Asia-Aliyar Dam-a reservoir located 27 kms away from pollachi on the foothills of Valparai, The dam offers some ideal gateways including a park, an aquarium and a mini Theme-Park maintained by Tamilnadu Fisheries Corporation. It is an ideal picnic spot. Move to Monkey Falls-9th kms junction on the Pollachi-Valparai road. a magnificient falls situated near Aliyar Dam between Pollachi and Valparai in the Anamalai Hills. After lunch, drive to the mesmerizing view pointi.e., Loam’s View Point-9th hair pin bend on the Pollachi-Valparai route from where you get the panoramic view from Aliyar Dam, the surrounding mountains of Western Ghats and the Pollachi town.
Return back to the hotel / resort. Overnight stay.
Day 02 : Valparai-Pollachi
After breakfast drop to Pollachi Railway Station.
